Joe Calderoni

Has been with Geneva College since the fall of 2018. Serving first as campus events supervisor until the summer of 2021, he then joined Campus Security as a full-time security officer. 

Previously he worked a 40-year professional career as a degreed chemist, serving the industry as a hazardous chemical waste treatment expert, and also a HAZMAT emergency response incident commander. 

Joe said, “God has brought about in me the practice of daily vigilance required to keep workplaces and their communities safe from harm. This motivates me to the present day, as I strive to bring a spirit of helpfulness and calm to everyone I meet, testifying for Christ as our loving providential guide and protector in all things. It is a true blessing to have interacted with students, faculty, and staff in many meaningful and wonderful ways.”
